Choose a player
Use the player identified in your support instructions. If choosing VLC, download it from the official VideoLAN site; check current compatibility first.
Install and open it
Follow the installer prompts for your operating system and review any requested permissions.
Use the supplied connection method
For Smarters, use the Xtream Codes details if supplied. For VLC, use Open Network Stream with the M3U URL provided for your account.
Keep account details private
Playlist URLs can provide access to an account. Do not share them, include them in screenshots or save them on a public computer.
